    Hello am cutting out sugar gradually, what can you use instead of honey which is sooo expensive in NZ,at the moment using maple syrup, my daughter said that I should just use white sugar, if I’m using maple, was using raw sugar for many years, white sugar i’d use 3 tsp in my coffee, with raw I use 2tsp, couldn’t taste, the white sugar. Is maple syrup, substitute for honey. Plus! some of the white sugar used for Condensed milk uses white sugar,what could I substitute.And plus! with all the white sugar in all Gemma’s recipes. Thank you
