Place butter and cream cheese in a microwave-safe mug and microwave for 20 seconds to soften it.
Add the coconut flour, sweetener, vanilla, baking powder, and egg, and mix thoroughly.
Scrape down the sides of the mug and then gently fold in the raspberries.
Microwave for 1 minute. Check for doneness, and microwave for a few seconds more if need be. (This timing is based on my microwave which is 1200W)
Let cool for 5 minutes before eating. Store leftover mug cake covered at room temperature for up to one day.
