Ingredients
  • 1 cup (2 sticks/8oz/225g) of unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • ½ teaspoon flakey sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the butter, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, and sea salt until combined.

  2. Transfer to a piece of plastic wrap and use the wrap to help shape the butter into a log.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 more hours, until firm. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or slice and freeze for up to 2 months.
