Ingredients
  • 5 whole sun-dried tomatoes
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 recipe Whipped Cream Cheese
Instructions
  1. Finely dice the sun-dried tomatoes and basil leaves.

  2. Add this to a medium bowl along with the crushed garlic and whipped cream cheese. Stir to combine.

  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
