Making garlic bread from scratch takes no time and almost no effort with my no-knead Ciabatta Bread and roasted garlic butter!

  1. Roast the garlic and mix together all of the ingredients for your Roasted Garlic and Herb Butter. Place in the fridge until needed. This can be made in advance.

  2. Using a serrated knife, cut your Bakery-Style No-Knead Ciabatta Bread (or baguettes) lengthways.

  3. Generously spread the Roasted Garlic and Herb Butter over each piece of bread. Place on a foil-lined baking tray butter side up.

  4. Broil/grill on low heat until it is lightly golden brown on top and sizzling, about 5 minutes. No need to turn the bread over.

  5. Cut and serve while hot with my 5-Minute Pizza Sauce! It's best eaten the day it is made, but feel free to wrap day-old garlic bread in foil and reheat again in the oven.
