Homemade Cadbury Chocolate Eggs

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (225g/ 8oz) of Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. For the Mango jam: Puree the mango until smooth.
  2. Cook over low heat with the sugar until it has cooked down a little, around 3-5 minutes. it doesn’t take long. Refrigerate once cooled.
