With just 3 ingredients, you too can make this lovely Orange Honey Compound Butter recipe right at home in no time at all.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (or with a handheld mixer), beat the butter, honey, and orange zest on medium speed until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a piece of plastic wrap. Roll into a log, using the plastic wrap to help guide the butter.
Wrap well and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. It can also be sliced and frozen for up to 8 weeks.
Serve with warm scones, muffins, toast, or pancakes.
