Ingredients
  • ½ cup (4 fl oz/120 ml) whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons malt powder
  • 6 scoops (15 oz/425 g) raspberry ice cream
  • ½ cup (2½ oz/71 g) raspberries
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a blender, first add the milk, then the malt powder, followed by the ice cream and raspberries.

  2. Blend on high speed until fully combined.

  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately with a straw.
