Beat the summer heat (and use up some ripe bananas) with this extra creamy Banana Caramel Malt recipe for the perfect milkshake!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup (4 fl oz/120 ml) whole milk
  • 1 very ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons malt powder
  • 5 scoops (12½ oz/355 g) vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a blender, first add the milk and banana, then the malt powder, followed by the ice cream.

  2. Blend on high speed until fully combined.

  3. Drizzle the caramel sauce down the insides of a tall glass, then pour in the milkshake.

  4. Garnish with whipped cream and serve immediately with a straw.
