Ingredients
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • ¼ cup (¾ oz/21 g) sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 1 recipe Homemade Cream Cheese
Instructions
  1. Wear protective gloves to stem and seed the jalapeño pepper. Chop into a fine dice.
  2. Add the jalapeño pepper, grated cheddar and cream cheese to a medium bowl and stir to combine.

  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
