Funfetti Ice Cream Recipe (No Machine)

Packed with colorful sprinkles and delicious Funfetti flavors, my No-Machine Funfetti Ice Cream will become your go-to, show-stopping ice cream this summer!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (16oz/450ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 14 ounces (1 Can/ 400ml) sweetened condensed milk (fat-free or regular, and cold)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 cup frosted Funfetti cake (or cupcake)
Instructions
  1. Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold.
  2. Using a hand or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cold cream on medium/high speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Turn off the machine and pour the cold condensed milk into the whipped cream.
  4. Turn the speed up to high and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks form. Turn off the machine and stir in vanilla extract (optional).
  5. Mix in your frosted Funfetti cake (or cupcake) into the ice cream base.
  6. Keep stored in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
