My Peanut Butter Chews are a no-bake favorite—just 5 ingredients, egg-free, gluten-free, and ready in minimal time with sweet, salty crunch.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup (5 oz/142 g) honey
  • ¼ cup (2 oz/57 g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (4 oz/115 g) salted peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (3 oz/85 g) cornflakes
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring the honey and sugar to a gentle simmer until the sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract, then fold in the cornflakes.
  4. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the prepared sheet pan and let set for about 30 minutes.

  5. Enjoy with a glass of milk! Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
