  • 1 cup (8floz/225ml) unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1 frozen banana , cut into pieces
  • 1 cup (5oz/142g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 date , pitted
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • pomegranate seeds
  • goji berries
  • bee pollen
  • granola
  • mint leaves
  1. Into a blender, add almond milk, banana, mixed berries, almond butter and date. Blend until smooth and pour into bowl.
  2. Top with raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, goji berries, bee pollen, granola and mint leaves.
