Make a simple treat with my 3 ingredient healthy banana oat chocolate chip cookies recipe that tastes as good or better than the full recipe!

Ingredients
  • 2 large bananas, ripe
  • 1 ¾ cup (5 ¼ oz/160 g) quick oats
  • ½ cup (3 oz/85 g) chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in the oats and mix well to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  3. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the dough onto your cookie sheet and flatten to make 2 ½ inch (5 cm) discs. Arrange them 1 inch apart (they won't spread).

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are golden on top and just set to the touch.

  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
