  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and butter and line with parchment a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) cake pan. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt and spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, molasses, vegetable oil.
  4. Stir the wet into the dry mix until just combined, taking care not to overmix.
  5. Pour into your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a wooden skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely in the pan before spreading generously with the Cream Cheese Frosting.

  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
