Ingredients
  • 4 cups (16 oz/450 g) almond flour
  • 2 cups (8 oz/225 g) tapioca flour
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond and tapioca flours until evenly combined. Use as a 1:1 replacement for all-purpose flour in your baking.

  2. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 weeks or up to 4 months in the fridge.
