Make Black Forest Gateau Frozen Yogurt in only 5 minutes without an ice cream machine.
To the bowl of a food processor add ⅔ of the cherries along with the yogurt, honey (or agave ) and lemon juice. Process for 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl once or twice until smooth, creamy and lump free.
Fold in the reserved frozen cherries and the chocolate.
Transfer to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 4 hours but preferably overnight. Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
