In a medium microwaveable mug mash the banana.
Add in oil, maple syrup and vanilla and mix until combined.
Stir in the oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. lastly, mix in the blueberries.
Microwave for 45-55 seconds or until the cake is firm to the touch (timing is based on my 1200 Watt microwave so your timing might vary). Do not overcook as this will result in a tough cake.
Enjoy as is! This cake is best enjoyed fresh but you can store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days.
