Hi Bold Bakers!

Halloween is the perfect time to let your creative and spooky side come out! I have compiled a list of some of my favorite Big & Bold, easy Top Halloween Dessert Recipes. If you are throwing a party or want to have some family fun baking together there is something for you.

Blood Sauce and Meringue Bones

Get into the spirit of Halloween by making Meringue Bones & Red Velvet “Blood Sauce” this year. The blood sauce is a yummy Red Velvet Pudding, similar to Chocolate Pudding in taste and texture. It is a very creative and impressive dessert for your party table this Halloween.

Halloween Monster Mouth Cookies

This spooky Halloween treat could not be easier. Simply baked off some cookies, spread each side with red icing and place on some mini marshmallows for teeth. They don’t require a lot of work and are fantastic for kids to make. You can find the recipe here.

Halloween Zombie Cookies

Zombies are in style for Halloween so let’s zombify our cookies! Using my Master Recipe for Shortbread  I cut out some Gingerbread men. With a ribbed scones cutter I cut off arms, legs, and even bottoms. No one was safe. Once I was happy that they looks appropriately maimed I dipped them in red icing for the blood. Find the Zombie Cookie Recipe here.

Cursed Candy Apples

These candy apples are not your Granny’s Candy Apples, they are white chocolate drizzled with ‘Caramel blood’ and are CURSED!! What do I mean by cursed? Well, you will have to watch my Cursed Candy Apples Halloween Special to find out more.

Halloween Ice Cream

Not all Halloween treats have to be traditional so why not add Homemade Ice Cream to your dessert table this year?  I never tire of coming up with Ice Cream flavors using my 2 Ingredient No Machine Ice Cream. Get all of my Halloween Ice Cream recipes.

Death by Chocolate Ice Cream

Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream or Death by Chocolate Ice Cream. It’s all in the name of this Halloween Ice Cream. Into my Chocolate Ice Cream base I added chunks of my Homemade Fudge Brownie. I like to do this because the Ice Cream softens the brownie so when you eat it you get softened fudgy lumps throughout the ice cream. It’s to die for, pun intended. Add a graveyard to the top of your Halloween Ice Cream by crumbling over brownie bits and adding some icky creatures. I chose worms.

Homemade Pumpkin Ice Cream

Pumpkin Ice cream is a must around the Halloween because of all the Jack O’ Lanterns displayed in front of peoples’ homes. Pumpkin is a relatively new flavor for me. I had never tried it before until as few years ago since I moved to California form Ireland. Now I love it around the holidays. The color is great and I enjoy the spiciness of pumpkin desserts too.

Halloween Bubble Gum Ice Cream

Bubble Gum Ice Cream or Eye Screammmm for me was a no brainer because I get a HUGE amount of requests for it, and you can use awesome Bubble Gum Eye Balls, which are both yummy and creepy.

No-Bake TWIX Pie

This Halloween Pie has a lot of things that I love: a shortbread cookie crust on the bottom, caramel in the middle and chocolate on top. This must be the easiest way to create a pie crust. Take your Halloween candy and pulse it all together to make this over-the-top crust for your pie. You can use TWIX or any of your favorite candy bars.IMG_0213

TWIX Halloween Monsters

Are you ready for Halloween? No matter if you need last minute party ideas or you want a night of family Halloween fun then I have just the Little Monsters for you!

You can create Frankenstein’s Monster, Witch Fingers and Mummies just like these with a candy bar and a few simple ingredients. Watch the video below and find the full recipe and instructions here.
