Hi Bold Bakers!
WHAT YOU GET: If you’re looking for pumpkin recipes to get you through fall baking season, I’ve done all the hard work for you and rounded up the best pumpkin desserts on the internet!
You can’t really bake in the fall without running into pumpkin something. And although there are lots of amazing pumpkin recipes here on Bigger Bolder Baking, I have so many friends and people I admire in the baking community that have done some amazing things with pumpkin. In the spirit of the season, I want to share these gems with you to celebrate some amazing bakers in the community and, of course, baking with pumpkin!

If you’re familiar with the Bold Baking Network, you probably know Dee as our resident food science expert. Her website, One Sarcastic Baker has so many incredible recipes like these Pumpkin Butter Pavlovas. These look gorgeous and, if you know me, you know how much I love pavlova so these were a must-add to the list!

Brian Hart Hoffman is another amazing baker, and great friend, who you’ll see around here on Bigger Bolder Baking, but he is also the editor-in-chief of Bake From Scratch, a website that has tons of great baking resources and recipes. This Pumpkin Cookie Cake made of giant pumpkin cookies sandwiched between thick layers of spiced German buttercream is the perfect, beautiful fall dessert for any autumn occasion.

Who says you can’t have ice cream when it’s cold out? Laura from A Beautiful Plate created this fun, fall spin on Nestlé drumsticks with her Pumpkin Ice Cream Drumsticks that are filled with delicious homemade pumpkin ice cream and topped with chocolate and candied pecans. This is the best way to eat an ice cream cone this fall.

Vedika is another member of the Bold Baking Network in addition to her website Hot Chocolate Hits where she has tons of great recipes like this Pumpkin Cake With Mocha Fudge Frosting. Think pumpkin spice latte as a cake and covered in chocolate. What’s not to like?

These incredible Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars come from Nichole of The Salty Marshmallow. They are gooey and sweet, take 10 minutes to prepare, and use brown butter which really kicks them up a notch. This is an amazing, quick fall treat for you or your kids.

Who doesn’t love a good bread pudding? This Pumpkin Bread Pudding from A Couple Cooks mixes the delicious textures of a classic bread pudding with the yummy fall pumpkin flavor. It’s even better when topped with bourbon sauce (although that’s optional and it tastes great either way).

If you know me or follow me on social media, you know I’m a huge fan of The Office. I’m also a huge fan of Angela, from the show, and her husband Josh’s baking blog, Baking With Josh & Ange. They made these delicious Pumpkin Spice Fig Rolls to put a pumpkin spin on a dessert that already feels perfect for fall. All you have to do is pair it with a pumpkin spice latte and you have the makings for a perfect fall day in my book.

How breathtaking is this Deep-Dish Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Pie by Stephanie from Girl Versus Dough? This takes pumpkin pie to a whole other level with cinnamon-roll-flavored pie cookies on top of the bigger pie, which are not only mesmerizing to look at but so yummy to eat. Go check her out for more recipes like this one.

Don’t these Orange Pumpkin Pancakes from Tara’s Multicultural Table look fantastic? You probably didn’t realize pumpkin and citrus go together but these pancakes are so good you’re going to wonder why you haven’t tried it before. What an interesting and delicious take on a fall dessert.

This Pumpkin French Toast Casserole from My Baking Addiction is a great way to eat pumpkin for breakfast. It’s moist, has a lovely crumbly topping, and is full of fall flavors. Be sure to try this out this holiday season.

You didn’t think I’d make a list of the best recipes on the internet without including a few of my own… did you? These Marbled Pumpkin Pie Brownies are more than deserving of being on this list. They combine all the best parts of a fudgy, gooey brownie and a moist, rich pumpkin pie. They are unlike anything you’ve ever tasted but once you make them, you’re going to make them over and over again.

This foolproof Pumpkin Pie is everything you could want in a classic pumpkin pie. It really is the perfect fall dessert. You can find this delicious recipe and more on Jenn’s website, Once Upon A Chef.

You’ve probably heard of pumpkin chocolate chip muffins but have you heard of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies? These cookies from Cooking Classy are soft, sweet, cakey, and they melt in your mouth. They are also incredibly easy to make so give them a go!

I wanted to cap off this list with a dessert that is super popular on my site during holiday baking season. Consistently every year people come to my site around the holidays and search for cheesecake recipes. My Pumpkin Cheesecake With Pecan Praline Sauce is a rich baked pumpkin cheesecake with a lovely praline sauce on top. With the thousands of recipes we have on Bigger Bolder Baking, my husband, Kevin, says this is one of his favorites. Now that’s saying something!
