Hi Bold Bakers!
Let’s talk about Nutella! Nutella has quickly become one of the most popular flavors and ingredients around the world and for good reason. For those of you who have never tasted it before it’s a delicious dessert spread. The flavor is the perfect balance of chocolate and hazelnut, and the texture is silky smooth. While it’s super yummy all on its own, it’s so much fun to bake with. And you can even make it with my Homemade Nutella recipe.
Since Nutella provides so much flavor and texture it is the perfect base for super simple baked good and treats. With that in mind I’ve created three 3 ingredient Nutella recipes all including the magic stuff. You will be amazed by how versatile it is.
Believe me it is possible to create 3 totally different desserts with just flour, eggs, nutella and oreo cookies. These are all ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen but I bet you’ve never used them like this before.
I combine oreo cookies, nutella and melted chocolate to make super rich Nutella Truffles. A bit of flour, eggs and Nutella make perfectly fudgy Nutella Brownies, complete with a crackly top and chewy center. And lastly I even created a recipe for moist and chewy Nutella Cookies with the most basic ingredients that you probably already have to hand.
Whether you’re a beginner or a pro I know you’ll love all three of these recipes because you really can’t go wrong with Nutella!

NINON PATRAO
Aloha from Hawaii Island! Just made 22 almost Nutella cookies. Almost because I used Costco’s hazelnut spread instead of Nutella. They turned out great. I had to make some quickie cookies for Christmas and I had all 3 ingredients plus flaked coconut. I wish I had added coconut to all of the cookies instead of half of them. I weighed my dough balls at 40 grams each cause I wanted them to be equal. (I’m weird like that). Instead of parchment paper, I used a silicone mat. I cooked them the full 10 min cause crunchy and soft combo cookies… Read more »
I’m 13 yrs old, and I’m passionate about cooking and baking . Just tried the truffles and they turned out amazing. Thank you Gemma …????????????

How long it can be stored inside and outside the fridge?
Hi Gemma,
What is the proper setting in microwave oven, temp and how many minutes for baking the brownies? Thanks.
So nice! A creative way to use nutella. Can I use other chocolate spreads or does it have to be nutella? Thanks!
Did you seriously just call nutella a dessert spread?! You do realize its meant to be a spread for bread.. the same way that peanut butter and or jelly is made for bread.
OMG!! Ive tried the truffle and the brownie recipe, they were delicous!!! The best part is they are sooo easy to make. Thank you gemma???
this cake has saved my life! Now my greedy brother can’t take the cake.
Hi Gemma, Thanks for these quick and easy recipes..just what I needed to keep my budding baker boy happy during the summer holidays..!! We made the truffles using bourbon biscuits and plain chocolate spread as my boys are not big fans of Oreo’s or Nutella :(…!! They tasted so yummy..I would of posted some pic’s but once they had set they dissppeared pretty quickly when my sons friends came over to play..lol. Am going to buy a jar of Nutella and make some for my partner and I when the kids have gone to bed..!! 🙂 Thanks again for sharing… Read more »
