Check out these adorable Marshmallow Polar Bears that are perfect to pop in your Hot Chocolate this Winter. This recipe is just assembly, no baking required.

  • For each bear, you’ll start with your jumbo marshmallow for the base. Then cut about 1/2 off a standard marshmallow to use for the polar bear’s muzzle.
  • Melt a small amount of white chocolate and put a dab on the cut side of that 1/2 marshmallow piece. Then attach it to the jumbo marshmallow.

Adorbs! How far in advance can you make these? Would they last if stored in a airtight container in the fridge for a few days?

Dear Gemma
Did you not make a marshmallow flower once to put in hot chocolate. There was white chocolate underneath so it opens up when it came in hot chocolade.
Kind regards Charlotte

Hi mrs Stafford
This is such a great idea!!!!
I was just wondering, did you make the eyeballs or did you buy them?
If you made them, could you show me how?
Thank you ?

Gemma,
So sorry that I completely forgot to thank you for posting this, and also to rate the idea. When I searched for candy eyeballs, I discovered they also make them with lashes, which are really cute. http://www.joann.com/search?q=candy+eyeballs
Thanks for all you do!
