Usually, candy isn’t a big, flashy, centerpiece — it can be anything from fudge like my Microwave Fudge,  Gummy Candies like my Homemade Gummy Bears or even Chocolate Truffles like these Homemade Ferrero Rocher Truffles

My Top Tips to Making Candy:

  • When making candy, If a recipe calls for a candy thermometer it’s very important to use one 
  • When your candy recipes are chocolate-based you don’t always need to temper your chocolate unless it is called for in the recipe
  • Take care not to over mix chocolate when making truffles or fudge. It can separate and become oily
