In celebration of Pancake Tuesday all across the world, I just wanted to re-share with you some of my all-time favorite pancake recipes. Over the years I have perfected many pancakes in all different flavors, shapes, and sizes. If you’re looking for some inspiration and want to try something new or just want a new recipe for the best plain pancakes, I’ve got you covered.

In my opinion, these Cinnamon Roll Pancakes are the end all be all of pancakes. Somewhere between breakfast and dessert, these babies are actually filled with a cinnamon sugar swirl and topped with cream cheese glaze and toasted pecans. Talk about dreams coming true, I highly recommend you indulge in these Cinnamon Roll Pancakes this Pancake Tuesday or really any day!
The only thing more decadent than my Cinnamon Roll Pancakes is these Red Velvet Pancakes. I think these are such a tasty and festive way to celebrate Pancake Tuesday as I have never met someone that wouldn’t like to somehow combine red velvet cake and a pancake. You have to give these a go!
Last but certainly not least, I wanted to share my personal favorite pancakes, Carrot Cake Pancakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. I love springy carrot cake any time of year and this recipe means I can have my carrot cake fix any time. These make for a great Pancake Tuesday celebration as they are impressive and addicting. Loaded with grated carrot, raisins and cinnamon then topped with cream cheese frosting, who could say no!
