GEMMA, I love your baking and tips. Thank you for what I know to be time consuming work for us to get to do it simply. I made your cookie dough and added my own ingredients and won the cookie competition. I was so shocked to have won especially since it was my first time making cookies. EVER. I added to your crazy cookie dough 2 cups Coconut 2 cups Slivered Almonds 2 cups Rice Krispies. People are begging me for them all the time, and now get upset when I don’t bring them to dinners or our church bake… Read more »

Hi Gemma,
These look delicious. I want to make the chocolate cups but instead of the cookie butter I want to put chocolate mousse/strawberry mousse as a filling. Once the mouse is set in the chocolate cups in the refrigerator, will pouring hot melting chocolate over the mousse not ruin it/cause it to become watery?

Do advise.

Thanks 🙂

Hi Gemma, I came across the very attractive Oreo truffles and went immediately to look for in the recipe. The first ingredient says to use the Oreo cookie butter, but I don’t know how to make that first, to add to the other ingredients. Could you tell me how to do that, as I could not locate it.
They look absolutely delicious. Thank you. Margaret
