S'more Rice Crispy Treats - Easy, No Bake treats that are perfect for Back To School

Hi Bold Bakers!

I am so excited to share with you this recipe for S’mores Rice Krispies Treats! The only thing I think is more exciting than an easy, no-bake homemade treat is an easy homemade treat that tastes like a S’more! These Rice Krispies Treats really deliver incredible flavor and could not be easier to make.

Classic Rice Krispies Treats are so nostalgic. As a kid, I loved digging my teeth into a thick chewy and marshmallowy Rice Krispies Treat. This recipe takes it from delicious to irresistible by cominging all the usual suspects of a Rice Krispies with mini marshmallows, cinnamon graham cereal and of course, chocolate.

These S’mores Rice Krispies Treats could not be easier or faster to make, that’s why this is one of my favorite things to make when I want to bring a really special treat to a party or give as a gift. And of course they make great treats for back to school lunches or after school snacks. All you do is combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. After just a short time in the fridge I cut these into super thick squares. They just look like a party, studded with chunks of chocolate, marshmallow and Golden Grahams cereal. These treats are over the top in all the right ways.

  1. Would I be able to replace the marshmallows with marshmallow creme? Recently bought some containers on sale so I’m trying to figure out what I can make with it! If so, how much marshmallow creme would I need? All three of the rice crispies recipes look so good. Excited to try this one. ????

    1. Great question! Unfortunately no because the cream won’t set and it will just stay really sticky. The marshmallows will firm after seeing and will hold the shape of the rice crispies.

      Hope this helps,

    2. Make fudge instead with your marshmallow cream! 😊 Gemma I love your Recipes! I’ve been making similar crispy treats for a long while! I’m
Going to try your s’mores recipe next!

  2. Hi Gemma ,
    Hope you are doing good!!!
Can I request you for a do it yourself rice Krispies cereal recipes please?? Thank you…

  3. Gemma suggests adding a little cinnamon if you don’t have Golden Grahams. In true bigger bolder style I’ve discovered you can have BOTH. Instead of Golden Grahams I’ve used Curiously Cinnamon by Nestle.
According to the Website these used to be called Cinnamon Grahams. Try them instead – you’ll like them!

    1. Hi Stuart,
Thank you so much for this, I did not know this one!
I removed the link, I hope you do not mind, there are reasons!
I am happy to have this tip for the UK followers, and around the world too, so many varieties out there that we do not know about.
      Gemma 🙂
