Hi Bold Bakers!
It’s New Years Eve 2015 and I thought I would close out this year with my favorite TOP 5 Big & Bold Desserts of 2015!!
Now let me just start out by saying if these recipes are new to you then I urge you to make them. With all of the crazy, extravagant, over-the-top desserts I have made, I managed to pick out a few that are my favorite.
On any given day my fridge looks like a dessert table at a buffet. It isn’t easy let me assure you, I am only human after all. However there are some recipes that really tick all the boxes for me about what I like in a dessert. Squishy, sweet, nice texture, flavor, etc., not very complicated. The Big & Bold desserts below are recipes that I wanted to make again and again after we filmed them; that’s why I know they are winners.
I also wanted to end the year with a smile on my face and yours so we produced a video showing some behind-the-scenes moments where everything didn’t go so smoothly. With all of the filming we did in 2015, we had a lot of laughs, silliness, made mistakes and had a lot of fun. We hope you enjoy it!
5. No Bake S’more Fudge
A great recipe that combines some of my favorite things – S’mores and Fudge. It’s a hybrid I like to call “Smudge.” No Bake S’more Fudge Recipe Here.

4. Baked Churros
A baked version of a classic fried treat. You don’t have to wait to go to Disneyland or a fair to enjoy this anymore. Baked Churros Recipe Here.

3. 1 Minute Molten Lava Mug Cake
All I can say is that if you can make a Lava cake in 5 minutes and cook it in the microwave then why would you ever bake one again. This single serving mug cake is decadent, easy to make, and a must try. Molten Lava Mug Cake recipe here.

2. All-Natural Fruit Popsicles
These Homemade Popsicles are as appealing to the eye as they are to the taste buds. A few of your favorite fruits will make these beautiful all-natural popsicles. Homemade Popsicles recipe here.

1. Gingerbread Pudding Cake Made in a Crock Pot
I grew up on puddings and hearty desserts so of course this has to be my number 1! This is an incredible gingerbread that is both pudding and cake. It has crumbs like a cake but it’s soft and squishy like a pudding. And best of all it can be made in a slow cooker so no need to turn on the oven. Gingerbread Pudding Cake recipe here. And of course, you can always finish it off with my 2 Ingredient Homemade Ice Cream.
