  1. I recently saw your video in YouTube and it is a great help for me that don’t have talent in cooking. Thank you for making this mug meal recipes.

  2. I love your mug recipes, they are awesome! Making up a basket with recipes, mugs and a sample for my mom and aunt for mothers day! One of my favorites is the Lemony Blueberry…the flavor is phenomenal. Thanks!

  3. it comes as cloth like structure
    so i lost my ingredients
    i dont know why
    please help me
i tried the coffee mug cake 2 times
but it came as cloth like structure

    1. Hi there,
I think you over baked this one. you need to bake it like this:
Full power for 40 seconds, open the oven and check it. If it is very wet continue to bake for 10 seconds at a time, until the top feels slightly firm to the touch, then allow it to stand for a minute before eating. this is a general rule for microwave baking.
Milk will not work in rolled ice cream, it will freeze like ice and will not roll, this is because of the high water content.
Macaron could not be made in a microwave, it is a very tricky thing to make even in a convection oven.
See the basics tab here on the website, for basic ingredient suggestions.
Thank you for being with us, and for all of your questions today, you will learn by trying!
      Gemma 🙂

  4. Love your mug recipe book. Tried two right after getting it! Delicious!! Excited to make them all. Thanks 🙂

  5. Oh my god, how have I been living without these?? Life will be so much easier now! Thank you so much, you are a genius!

    1. Hi Christian,
This information will be here on the website, and included in the newsletter too. I am working away on it now to get it done. Thank you for your interest in this,
      Gemma 🙂

  6. Hey jemma! I’m only eleven yet I can do all of these recipies its great thanks for having such easy and delicious snacks and meals my fave is personally the pb cookie I put ice cream on top:) I have one question though. Is there a muffin that I can put any fresh berries in? I love currents in my muffins so I’d like to know. Thanks again!

    1. Hi there,
I do not really have a muffin recipe, but you can add berries to lots of these recipes. i am happy that you are trying these, thank you for being with us,
      Gemma 🙂

  7. Hi Gemma! Love all ur recipes. They are very easy to make and come in handy when hosting a party. I have one question regarding the sticky toffee pudding. Is it possible to make the sticky toffee pudding without eggs? Because I am a non vegetarian but many of my guests do not eat egg. I hope to hear from u soon.
    Sincerely, simi

    1. Hi Simi,
I did not try this without egg. You could give it a try using one of the usual substitutes, such as applesauce, banana, flax seeds or perhaps buttermilk.
      It is worth a try,
      Gemma 🙂

  8. hi Gemma! i love all your recipes! its amazing!
i am glad that i found this website!
I don’t know if this question is appropriate but can you plz tell me if the role of egg can be replaced with anything else?
There are so many yummy recipes but involves egg(which i dont eat)!
    🙂

    1. Hi Anushree,
I know that this is a big problem for vegans, I am trying to pay better attention to this area of baking this year. I do have a few vegan style recipes on the website, I will add more as time goes by. On my new website, which will be with us this week I hope, I will also add dietary information.
Thank you for your kind words and for being in touch,
      Gemma 🙂

  9. These mug meals look so delicious and simply irresistible. Since I never bake before and coincidentally got new rotisserie & convection oven as a gift so that this is a must try. Can I use my kind of oven for your mug meal recipes? Which heating setting would work best (bottom, top or both)? Would it be safe to bake using mug or paper cup in this oven? Thanks for making me bake for the first time in my life 🙂

    1. Hi Opan,
I am not sure what oven you have, is it a microwave?
These recipes are developed for a microwave, though they can also be baked in a conventional oven, there are more ideal recipes for that.
I do not know what you mean by bottom and top, unless you are talking a toaster oven, I am confused!
      Gemma 🙂

  10. Hi, Gemma! I want to thank you you for these mug recipes. They have been a great help to me and my family. Both my husband and I went back to school this year, and as you can imagine time has been kind of tight in our house. Being able to make these tasty, easy meals has been wonderful and has kept us out of the grip of fast food. Thank you so much and please keep them coming!

    1. That’s great to hear, Amber. Thanks so much for your feedback and stay tuned for more 🙂

  11. I love cooking and baking, but it’s so difficult to cook for 1 person. Your mug meals are the perfect solution! You don’t have to sacrifice healthy eating for something convenient and full of preservatives, and your recipes can be customized to one’s liking. Thank you so much for sharing!

    1. That’s great to hear, Lisa. I’m delighted you liked these recipes. Stay tuned for more 🙂

  12. Hi Gemma! I have a request for you, i love strawberry shortcake, wondering if you could make one in a mug or something related to it??

    1. Hi Katelyn,
I will think about this. Shortcake usually will need a convection oven, and strawberry shortcake is a cold, layered dessert. Strawberries turn to jam/jelly when heated, so needs some thought!
      Gemma 🙂

    1. Hi Elaine,
I am trying to get this done for all the recipes now, I do know this is important for my followers, stay tuned for a better experience with the website, coming soon,
      Gemma 🙂

  15. I love all of this.. tks 4 the savoury ones….I love baking but don’t know how to bake so your micro mug food is beautiful for me

      1. Hi Gemma! I’m a big fan of yours, and I’m amazed with your great and easy recipes! I have one concern though. Using the microwave isn’t the best idea as it has radiation. So I was thinking of substituting the conventional oven for the microwave. I have a question regarding this idea. How long will I have to keep each item in the oven?

          1. I am new here and just notice the comment above. Would it be easier to use the toaster oven or is it still a no go, seems to be a little easier than a oven for so little. By the way I am fascinated by these recipes, can’t wait to try some

            1. Hi Jodi,
So nice to have you with us. The toaster oven s great, and could actually be used for some of these, though not all. any of the Bread/cake type recipes will be ok, cooking in about 20 mins. The idea is however to have something really almost instant!
Thank you for being in touch,
              Gemma 🙂
