I am proud to say I have created almost 100 mug recipes! From classic mug cakes like my Microwave Mug Brownie to more savory favorites like Mug Pizza, I love creating and sharing new Mug Meals. While my Mug Meals are truly real food fast, I thought there might be a way for even the busiest person to enjoy a great meal anytime…so that’s why I created Make Ahead Microwave Mug Meals.

Just like you, I love to cook and insist on eating homemade wholesome food but don’t always have the time to cook a meal from start to finish. While this dilemma can be discouraging I have a super bold and fun way to meal prep also known as meal prep in a mug! With this idea in mind Make Ahead Microwave Mug Meals were born.

Hi, I suffer from chronic illness and need help with cooking to be able to eat. Would you consider making a series of mug recipes that can be frozen? It would be a huge help to all people that can only prep meals and snacks once a week.

can we Prepare the mug cakes & freeze to use later? if so how long can we keep them for? & do I need to microwave & cool it before putting into freezer or can we just mix up the batter & freeze?

the problem I have is you don’t give the full recipes for any meal I have tried to look up I watched biger bolder breakfasts for back to school never could find recipe for pancake in a mug

Hi Gemma your mug meals are easy to flow and u make it fun too cook and eat the food that I love with no clean up or very little clean up and waffles is so darn cute even though I have sead it lots of times I am a dog person and a pet person I have a pet turtle named Sammy I love him a lot and fead him 2 times a day and give him lots of love too

Hi Gemma I just wanted some help with my mug cakes, I have tried several different ones (red velvet,coffee,churro) I follow the exact recipe but they come out really dense and dry my microwave power is 1200 wats
