    Hey, Gemma!
I just stumbled across your website and it’s so great! I especially love the fact that you have recipes for those of us with special dietary requirements. Thank you for that. I can’t eat gluten so I’m sure you can imagine how hard it is to find store-bought chips that I can eat as most of them have hidden gluten in the seasoning…
I very much like the idea of this recipe but I’d like to make it in larger quantities, meaning in an oven. Could you tell me for how long and on what heat should I bake these? The same question goes for the kale chips recipe 🙂
Thank you in advance for your reply!

      Hi,

Welcome to my website. so bake the chips at 350oF (180oC) until the chips dry out and go brown.

I hope they turn out well,
      Gemma.

Hey gemma . Can I use normal potato instead of sweet potato ?

    • Profile photo of Gemma Stafford Gemma Stafford on June 11, 2017 at 3:10 am

      Hi Maryam,
Yes, this is here on my website.
Sure, add some coffee if you wish, use the best quality instant coffee you can find. It will dissolve in the liquids. For me one scoop of ice cream is sufficient, but really you can add as much as you like, it is sweet though!
      Gemma 😉

Hi Gemma, I love your channel BTW. Can you substitute olive oil for spray oil with the chips recipe?
    Thanks

Hi gemma is it possible for u to make homemade whipping cream for ice cream because in my country we don’t have whipping cream

    • Profile photo of Gemma Stafford Gemma Stafford on May 19, 2017 at 3:54 pm

      Hi,

I would love to have the ability too but it’s just not possible to make whipping cream. it has to be manufactured.

Sorry, I know this isn’t much help. 🙁
      Gemma.
