Hi fellow Bold Bakers! I am a Teen Baker and love to bake but when someone has food allergies, it seams so hard when its a Cake Walk! My relative has the food allergies; Milk, Eggs, And peanuts. Peanuts aren’t that hard, but EGGS AND MILK! Eggs and Milk are in every cake, until now! I will be posting a new vegan recipe every other Wednesday at 8:30AM ish. Next time I post will be September 28th because of a vacation. Now lets get started!
Hi fellow Bold Bakers! I’m back with my first vegan recipe! Sorry I’m late today but this is a really good one! It’s called a wacky cake! Here is the recipe;
3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 cups of sugar
6 tbsp cocoa powder ( if you want vanilla, just experiment with the amount)
2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
3/4 cups of oil ( I use canola oil)
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cups of water
1. Pre-Heat oven to 350
2. Mix all the dry ingredients
3. Add and mix the wet ingredients well ( don’t over mix ) ( you don’t want to taste the vinegar)
4. Bake for 35 mins.
5. Decorate when its completely cool or eat it when its warm.

Hello teen Baker! Sevdasauntie here very excited about this recipe. My sister is a vegan and I have searched and searched for recipes for her to enjoy on holidays and birthdays. I’ve tried several that I found around the internet but many of them don’t live up to the hype. This one looks wonderful. Thanks for sharing I’ll let you know how it went.
