Hi Bold Bakers!
Join me as I sit down with cookbook author, Harper’s Bazaar Arabia’s Food Editor, and Global Baker/Chef Dalia Dogmoch Soubra! Our lovely usual host, Mia, is out on vacation this week, so I’m here to chat with Dalia one on one, to talk about what makes a baker — is it our history and past? Or is it travel and experience? Join us as we dive deep into Dalia’s amazing story — and how a global worldview is important to baking from both a personal and professional perspective!
About Dalia Dogmoch Soubra
Dalia is the founder of Kitsch Bakery & Café, and she currently resides in Dubai. She’s Harper’s Bazaar Arabia’s food editor, appears on major TV shows as a culinary personality and professional, and her cookbook “Food, Love and Life from Dalia’s Kitchen” has topped charts across the world. She’s also very superstitious (you’ll hear all about it) and just an incredibly lovely person!
If you want to find Dalia online, you can visit Dalia’s Kitchen for recipes here, and you can also find her on Instagram as @DaliasKitchen.
Next week, join Mia and me as we try a brand new format for Knead To Know, where the return of the Hot From The Oven segment has me join our usual host right from the beginning — and we’ll fill you in on all the latest trends in baking!
