Single Serve No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter cheesecake - Make just one or multiply the recipes for dinner parties!!

Hi Bold Bakers!

Who out there loves cheesecake as much as I do? I just can’t get enough of that rich creamy texture, sweet and tangy flavor, not to mention that crunchy sweet crust. It’s pretty obvious why cheesecakes are so popular, and while they can be daunting to make I’ve created several versions that are so easy to make. My No Bake Cheesecake recipes have been a total hit, and it’s not hard to see why. All that flavor in half the time using simple, delicious ingredients. From flavors like Brownie Cheesecake to Biscoff Cheesecake, I have a No Bake Cheesecake flavor for anyone. That’s why I’m so excited to share with you my latest cheesecake creation, my Single Serve Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake.

I think this is going to blow you away. Instead of making a whole cheesecake which you might not be able to eat on your own, you can have a little bit of cheesecake heaven to yourself. I love to take classic flavor combinations like chocolate peanut butter and combine them with cheesecake. This dessert is so simple to make. All I do is whip up my no bake cheesecake base of cream cheese, cream and sugar. Then the magic happens when I add in rich toasty peanut butter transforming this plain cheesecake filing into a peanut butter cheesecake.

After making the peanut butter cheesecake filling I assemble this show stopper of a dessert. I begin by layering the Oreo cookie crumbles and my peanut butter cheesecake filling in a pretty serving glass. This creates the flavor of an Oreo crust with a peanut butter filling. Something about this slightly salting filling with sweet chocolate Oreo crust is completely addicting. I top my Single Serve Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for an extra Bold and indulgent finish.

Honestly, what more could you want out of a dessert? Whether you are making just one of these for yourself or a few to impress your friends and family, you will not believe how yummy they are and how quickly they can be put together. I can’t wait for you to try this for yourself!

Hi Gemma,

Instead of putting peanut butter in the cheesecake base, could cut up peanut butter cups be folded into the base, layered with cookie crumbs?

Made this for dessert tonight. We don’t have big desserts so I cut the recipe in half. Still had enough to make 4 single layer cheesecakes. I didn’t have any oreos or peanut butter cups. What I did was used graham crackers and then shaved some dark chocolate on the top. I also made the whipped cream and chocolate ganache following your recipes. Need to find some other things to make before I go grocery shopping in a few days.

Hi Gemma. I was hoping to make this for a group of 20 people. Can I make the cream cheese filling before hand and place it in the fridge or is it something I have to make right there and then.

Was also wondering if you could also help me on how increase the ingredients amount to achieve this amazing recipe for 20 people. Thank you

Is there any way that half and half could be used for this recipe instead of cream?

Hello i would really love to try this. But what kind of cream are you using. Is it like heavy cream?

This may be a silly question because this is definitely not a low sugar dessert but is there any way to make it diabetic friendly? Or at the very least lower in sugar but still taste great?

The ingredient list does not list vanilla extract, but the directions say to add it. How much is needed?
