Hi Bold Bakers!

Who out there loves cheesecake as much as I do? I just can’t get enough of that rich creamy texture, sweet and tangy flavor, not to mention that crunchy sweet crust. It’s pretty obvious why cheesecakes are so popular, and while they can be daunting to make I’ve created several versions that are so easy to make. My No Bake Cheesecake recipes have been a total hit, and it’s not hard to see why. All that flavor in half the time using simple, delicious ingredients. From flavors like Brownie Cheesecake to Biscoff Cheesecake, I have a No Bake Cheesecake flavor for anyone. That’s why I’m so excited to share with you my latest cheesecake creation, my Single Serve Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake.

I think this is going to blow you away. Instead of making a whole cheesecake which you might not be able to eat on your own, you can have a little bit of cheesecake heaven to yourself. I love to take classic flavor combinations like chocolate peanut butter and combine them with cheesecake. This dessert is so simple to make. All I do is whip up my no bake cheesecake base of cream cheese, cream and sugar. Then the magic happens when I add in rich toasty peanut butter transforming this plain cheesecake filing into a peanut butter cheesecake.

After making the peanut butter cheesecake filling I assemble this show stopper of a dessert. I begin by layering the Oreo cookie crumbles and my peanut butter cheesecake filling in a pretty serving glass. This creates the flavor of an Oreo crust with a peanut butter filling. Something about this slightly salting filling with sweet chocolate Oreo crust is completely addicting. I top my Single Serve Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for an extra Bold and indulgent finish.

Honestly, what more could you want out of a dessert? Whether you are making just one of these for yourself or a few to impress your friends and family, you will not believe how yummy they are and how quickly they can be put together. I can’t wait for you to try this for yourself!

Hi Gemma,
I am planning to make this for desserts for a party today, just noticed the first step, which needs fresh diary cream to be mixed with cream cheese. Here in US I am not able to find it, can I use Heavy cream or whipped cream instead with cream cheese. Will that work ?

Hii Gemma, I made this and it was delicious! Thank you so much for the recipe. However my presentation was not great as there were some smudges on the glass and the layers were not visible nicely. It was alright since I just made it for myself and husband but would be great if you could give some tips on how to assemble in a glass correctly. Perhaps then I could make it for guests. Thank you.

Hello gemma
Love your recipes. Just one inquiry. Can I use spreadable cream cheese for this or any other no bake cheesecake?
Thank you.
