No-Bake S’more Pie
Nothing screams summer more than s’mores in my opinion! My No-Bake S’more Pie is the best way to get all the delicious flavor of a s’more without an open flame. In fact, you don’t even need an oven. Between the buttery graham cracker crust, the rich and decadent chocolate pudding in the middle, and the gooey marshmallow fluff on top, this is the best way to eat s’mores (and it won’t make your fingers all sticky).
Classic Cherry Pie
Fruit pies are the perfect treat for the summer. My Cherry Pie has to be one of my favorite pies ever. It’s sweet, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It’s a very simple dessert with a bold flavor, especially with a small but mighty secret ingredient I add to my recipe which will blow you away.
2-Ingredient Ice Cream
Don’t let the short ingredient list fool you, this 2-Ingredient Ice Cream is as easy as it is delicious. It’s super quick to make and doesn’t require an ice cream maker so anyone can make it. I have so many amazing flavors on my website from classics like mint chocolate chip, to recreations of favorite Ben & Jerry’s flavors, to original flavors like caramel corn, there are flavors for everyone!
Grilled Summer Desserts
Did you know you can make delicious summer desserts on a grill? These recipes are so bold and are super easy to make. From my moist Grilled Chocolate Brownies In Oranges, to sweet Grilled Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs, to a grilled take on the classic Banana Split, these are great, easy summer desserts that definitely have a wow factor.
All-Natural Fruit Popsicles
These All Natural Fruit Popsicles are a perfect healthier summer treat. With flavors such as raspberry & coconut (pictured above), green smoothie, watermelon, and more, these popsicles taste just as good as they look and are sure to cool you down this summer.
10-Minute Berry Tiramisu
My 10-Minute Berry Tiramisu is a fresh take on the classic tiramisu… no pun intended. With ladyfingers dipped in a berry-infused syrup, a sweet and light mascarpone mousse, fresh fruit, and an optional boozy twist, this is the perfect summer treat for any occasion.
Dessert Tacos
If you wanted a fun, bold, and delicious summer dessert, look no further than my Dessert Tacos. These are insane! They’re made from my Homemade Ice Cream Cone recipe and the best part, you don’t need any special equipment to make them! From the classic Choco Taco to new flavors like Bananas Foster or Strawberry & Nutella, the possibilities are endless for these amazing summer treats.
Rustic Summer Fruit Galette
You may not have heard of a fruit galette but you won’t forget it after trying this. My Rustic Summer Fruit Galette is basically a fool-proof tart made with a buttery pie crust filled with an almond-flavored cream and covered in fresh summer berries. It’s the perfect dessert to bring to any picnic and although it looks fancy in a rustic sort of way, it couldn’t be any easier to make.
No-Bake Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream Pie
Does this No-Bake Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream Pie even need an introduction? I think the title speaks for itself. Every part of that title sounds incredible. It’s sweet, salty, creamy, absolutely delicious, and doesn’t require an oven. The title doesn’t even mention one of the best parts… it has an Oreo crust! Now, what are you waiting for? Go make it!
Summer Berry Crisp
Sometime this summer, you have to try my Summer Berry Crisp. It’s fresh, sweet, ridiculously easy to make, and so yummy! You can even use whatever berries you have in the house. Also, this recipe uses ground almonds for the topping instead of chopped almonds for a different, bold texture.
