Hi Bold Bakers!

WHAT YOU GET: Get ready for my favorite 20 easy fall desserts! This list is chock full of yummy, warm flavors that will suit any occasion this fall.

I truly love Autumn! The leaves are changing, apples are ready for picking, and sweater weather is here! To celebrate, I have compiled a list of my top 2o favorite easy fall desserts that feature warm spices and flavors like pumpkin, apple, pecan, maple, and more to get you in the fall spirit.

Marbled Pumpkin Pie Brownies

Pumpkin pie brownies with vanilla ice cream are served on two silver plates.

Do you love brownies? Do you love pumpkin pie? If you answered yes to both — these are for you! My Marbled Pumpkin Pie Brownies take the gooey, fudgy, chocolatey goodness of brownies and add the warm, comforting flavors of a pumpkin pie. These are the moistest, most incredible fall-flavored take on a classic dessert. I know you’ll love them!

Homemade Apple Cider Donuts

Homemade apple cider donuts are served on a floral china plate next to hot apple cider.

To me, Apple Cider Donuts signifies the beginning of fall. And if you think the ones from the local farm stand are good, these are incredible! They are soft, slightly tart from the apple cider, and sweet from the cinnamon sugar coating. These yeastless cake donuts are the perfect fall treat, especially when eaten fresh and warm.

Pumpkin Cheesecake With Pecan Praline Sauce

Pumpkin cheesecake with pecan praline sauce is served on a silver plater with a dollop of whipped cream.

It’s always a good time for cheesecake — especially this Pumpkin Cheesecake. The graham cracker crust perfectly complements the smooth and creamy filling, and the pecan praline sauce is so warm and sweet, and it ties everything together.

Chewy Maple Pumpkin Cookies

What screams fall more than my Chewy Maple Pumpkin Cookies? I’ll tell you… nothing. They are warm, sweet, and coated with cinnamon sugar, giving them a snickerdoodle-like quality. Also, they’re insanely easy to make.

The Perfect Classic Apple Pie

Homemade apple pie is served on a red dish with a side of whipped cream

Although this is Bigger Bolder Baking, I will admit that some things are perfect the way they are. This Classic Apple Pie is a great example. It’s everything you’d want, from an apple pie from the flaky, buttery crust to the syrupy apples. This is such a delicious pie that will surely become a staple in your home every year. There are a few steps to making pie, but if you don’t feel like making your own crust, store-bought is fine, and it still counts as a member of my list of easy fall desserts!

Homemade Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte

Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Latte is served in a mug in front of two small pumpkins.

There’s a reason why everyone drinks Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes every fall, but did you know you could make them at home? It’s even better than the Starbucks version! Not to mention, it’s really easy to make, and is cheaper too! If you’re a pumpkin spice latte lover like me, you’ll be waking up a few minutes early to make this in the morning.

Self-Saucing Pecan Cobbler

Homemade self-sauce pecan cobbler is served in a white bowl from a red dutch oven with a side of vanilla ice cream.

I know what you’re probably thinking… how can pecans make a yummy, saucy cobbler? It’s basically magic — so you’ll have to make it to see. From the moist, sweet cake on top to the caramelized, gooey pecans on the bottom, this Self-Saucing Pecan Cobbler is as miraculous as it is delicious.

Caramel Apple Crisp With Cinnamon Ice Cream

Caramel Apple Crisp is served in a cast iron skillet with homemade caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream

This Caramel Apple Crisp is definitely big and bold. Everything from the delicious apple crisp to the yummy caramel sauce and even the cinnamon ice cream is homemade! It may seem daunting to make your own caramel sauce and ice cream, but they are so simple and don’t require any special machinery!

Dessert Egg Rolls For Fall

Apple pie filling is baked into an egg roll shell and topped with cinnamon, served with whipped cream.

Have you ever wanted your favorite fall pies to be turned into egg rolls? Well, maybe you haven’t, but you will now! These Dessert Egg Rolls are an inventive and delicious way to eat your favorite pies such as apple pie (pictured above), pumpkin pie, and pecan pie. Also, they’re baked, not fried, so they’re super easy to make!

Stuffed Monkey Bread With Pecans & Caramel

A bundt cake looking monkey bread is served on a table with pecans and caramel over the top.

My Stuffed Monkey Bread is as fun as it is delicious! Little balls of sweet dough stuffed with cream cheese are coated with gooey caramel sauce and pecans and baked together, so you can pull them apart as you eat. Fun, easy, and delicious; what could be better?

Pumpkin White Chocolate Lava Cake

A white chocolate lava cake with pumpkin is served on a white dish with homemade vanilla ice cream.

Between the sweet, moist, pumpkin-flavored cake and a gooey white chocolate pumpkin filling, this Pumpkin White Chocolate Lava Cake is the perfect, sophisticated fall dessert. Although it looks fancy and hard to make, you’d never believe how easy it is. It only requires 7 ingredients and can be made in 1 bowl without fancy equipment.

Apple Cupcakes For Fall

A batch of apple cupcakes, which are decorated with red frosting and a pretzel stick to look like apples, are served on a cupcake platter.

How cute are these Apple Cupcakes? Not only do they look like apples on the outside, but they are also apple-flavored, making them the perfect treat for any fall event. (These are a major bake sale winner, by the way!)

Best-Ever Pumpkin Bread

A loaf of pumpkin bread is sliced on a baking tray, next to small pumpkins in the background. It is served with a white glaze.

This really is the Best-Ever Pumpkin Bread. It’s sweet, super moist, and topped with the most delicious brown butter and maple glaze. If you love pumpkin bread (or even if you don’t!), you need to try this ASAP.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

A pumpkin chocolate chip muffin is cut in half to show its orangish hue and big chunks of chocolate chips.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins are a staple in American fall baking, and now I know why. The pumpkin makes them extra moist and gives a nice, warm flavor, especially when mixed with cinnamon and big chocolate chips. These muffins are like Autumn in a cupcake wrapper and one of my go-to easy fall desserts.

The Perfect Traditional Apple Strudel For Fall

A traditional apple strudel is served on a clear plate, drizzled with a white sauce.

If it’s not broke, don’t fix it — and this Apple Strudel recipe sure does not need fixing. There’s something so warm and comforting about this dessert. From the soft, sweet apples coated in fall flavors, like cinnamon and rum, to the crispy pastry all topped with Creme Anglaise, this is the perfect fall dessert for any occasion or no occasion at all.

Maple Pecan Blondies

Homemade maple pecan blondies are stacked in the background of a photo of one served on fine china, topped with vanilla ice cream.

Don’t these look heavenly? These Maple Pecan Blondies are sweet, gooey, butterscotchy, nutty, and absolutely delicious! They scream fall and make you want to curl up under a blanket by the fire.

Irresistible Apple Cider Caramels

A bowl of apple cider caramels wrapped in parchment paper sits on a blue table cloth.

Are you loving these easy fall desserts? You’ll dig these. Imagine the perfect caramel candy… it’s sweet and chewy yet melts in your mouth and has a great flavor. These Apple Cider Caramels are even better than that! Yes, they are sweet and chewy and melt in your mouth like you’d want them to, but the apple cider flavor takes them over the top as one of the best candies I have ever tried. Be warned, though, they are VERY addictive.

Homemade Glazed Pumpkin Donuts

Homemade pumpkin donuts with a glaze are stacked on top of each other. The top donut has been bitten.

Who doesn’t love a Pumpkin Donut, whether from Dunkin’, the local bakery, or a farm stand? I sure do! These cake donuts are so moist and sweet and are better than any pumpkin donuts I’ve found. Trust me, you need to try these this fall.

Chewy Caramel Apples

Gemma inserts a popsicle stick into a homemade caramel apple as she tops it with crushed peanuts.

Caramel Apples are a staple for children, but I feel like they are equally as good and fun to eat as an adult! My recipe uses homemade honey caramel, which has a strong honey flavor that pairs perfectly with the apples. I top mine with crushed peanuts, but you can use anything you want or leave it plain. You and your kids will all enjoy making and eating these this fall.

Pecan Fudge Pie

A slice of pecan fudge pie is served on a blue plate, the filling is a deep chocolate brown with pecans on top. It is served with a side of vanilla ice cream.

If you want a fall-themed dessert that doesn’t shy away from decadent chocolate… this is the recipe for you! My Pecan Fudge Pie is a flaky pie crust filled with a rich fudge filling and topped with toasted pecans. This is not for the faint of heart but is absolutely delicious for anyone who really loves chocolate as much as me!
