Hi Bold Bakers!
Frozen Yogurt is so many things. It’s an after school treat, a late night snack and a dessert that scratches your sweet tooth itch.
No Machine Homemade Frozen Yogurt means not having to worry about not owning an expensive ice cream machine. I like to make recipes that are accessible to everyone as much as I can. I don’t own an ice cream machine and I’m guessing a lot of you don’t either. What I do own is a food processor. My food processor is used for a multitude of recipes in my kitchen and I love it. There’s not much it can’t do so when I tried to make my own version of frozen yogurt in it I knew it was up to the challenge. The results are a smooth and creamy Frozen Yogurt that is second to none.
The best Frozen Yogurt I ever had was after hiking Mount Diablo in Northern California. After our 6 hour hike in 80oF heat we stopped to get frozen yogurt. I remember as clear as day what I got. It was chocolate with warm caramel sauce. I remember it so well because it was possibly the best thing I have ever eaten. Whether it was the endorphins from my walk or the fact that I hadn’t eaten in 6 hours I don’t care, it was amazing!!!

I love your frozen yogurt! I have nerve damage in my hands so can’t bake much but I can do this easily. I have experimented and using can fruit, drained and frozen, I now make crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges for one and frozen applesauce and sliced apples with cinnamon for another. Mine don’t get very creamy but I put them in small portion containers and it’s like italian ice I grew up with so I’m very happy. Thank you for all your wonderful recipes. God bless you and your family.
Hi Gemma, how can i make Pomegranate frozen yogurt? And sorbet?
I have a lot in my fridge????
Thank you a lot♥️
Hi Jemma! I plan to make frozen mixed berry cheesecake flavor using your blueberry cheesecake recipe. Is it preferred to use plain Greek yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt? Something tells me vanilla Greek yogurt will taste better but is there a reason you were using plain yogurt on the video? Also, is it better to use Greek yogurt or just plain normal yogurt?
Hi Gemma can I know how much watts is your food processor please
Your frozen yogurt recipes are so delicious. I made mango with lime and strawberry/banana today…it almost didn’t make it into the freezer. If I knew how easy it was to make, I would have made this years ago. Thank you! My husband never has yogurt in any form but he totally devoured this! I will make it over and over. I think the grandkids will love this!
hi Gemma

I don’t have a food processor. Will a blender work?
I made mix berry frozen yogurt. It was frozen hard solid. How can I prevent from this happening next time?
Tried the Cookies and Cream Frozen Yoghurt and sadly it was a fail. It was so liquidy that it was more like a Milkshake than a creamy dessert? Obviously did something wrong but not sure what? 🙁
